All of our Thermowells are manufactured in-house on D&N’s CNC lathes.A Thermowell is designed to protect your thermometer from anything that might damage it. High velocity or high pressure can cause a thermometer to bend or warp. Constant exposure to certain materials may cause your Temperature Probe to corrode or erode such as phosphoric or sulfurous acids.
